What we do
Scaleon Business Solutions LLP is a business setup and financial compliance consultancy. Our work falls into two connected divisions:
- Company formation and business setup — UAE mainland and free zone formation, jurisdiction and activity selection, licence application assistance, document coordination, corporate bank account application preparation, and renewals. We also support company formation in Bahrain and Singapore.
- Financial services and ongoing compliance — UAE Corporate Tax registration and filing support, VAT registration and returns, bookkeeping and accounting, compliance calendars and licence renewals, plus VAT, GST, accounting and tax support in Bahrain and Singapore where applicable.
Our focus
The UAE is our primary market. Bahrain and Singapore are additional active service destinations for clients who need a presence there or want to compare options.
How services are delivered
Services in Bahrain and Singapore are delivered in coordination with locally licensed service providers. Scaleon does not provide legal advice, audit, banking or investment services; where these are required we coordinate with appropriately authorised professionals.
We provide tax filing support and accounting services. We do not provide legal advice, statutory audit, banking, investment or other licensed services ourselves; where your matter needs them, we tell you and coordinate with appropriately authorised professionals.
